The purpose of this study is to find out the relationships among workplace bullying, perceived supervisor support, workplace deviance behavior, job burnout and turnover intention. The valid sample is 451. SEM with LISREL computer program was used to distinguish three competitive models in this research¸ and found the paths influence in workplace bullying, perceived supervisor support, workplace deviance behavior, job burnout and turnover intention with both direct and indirect paths. The results are as follows: (1) higher perceived supervisor support have lower workplace bullying ; (2) higher perceived supervisor support have lower turnover intention ; (3) higher workplace bullying have higher job burnout; (4) higher workplace bullying have higher workplace deviance behavior ; (5) higher job burnout have higher workplace deviance behavior ; (6) higher job burnout have higher turnover intention. The aim of this paper is thus to summarize literature on these factors explaining workplace bullying and to build a model discussing in more depth, and will provide some suggestions to the government and researchers about the issues of workplace bullying.
