Summary:碩士 === 大葉大學 === 管理學院碩士在職專班 === 100 === The purpose of this study is to understand the effect of classroom-management on student learning achievement among elementary school teachers-the mediating effect of learning involvement. Questionnaire investigation is used in this study. 360 senior graders from Taoyuan County are the study subjects. The obtained data after investigation is analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis, reliability analysis, and Pearson product-moment correlation regression analysis and so on proceeded analysis statistics to the result of data which collected from evaluation sheet. The results showed that: (1)classroom- management has a significant effect on learning achievement.(2)classroom-management has a significant effect on learning involvement.(3)learning involvement has a significant effect on learning achievement. (4) learning involvement does exist intervening results.
