This thesis adopted 39 lesson plans in order to analyze the characteristics of IT applications in suchinstitutions.The results are listed as follows: Part A: Curriculum Design 1. The teaching design pattern picks the multi-person approaches to cooperation.But completed by one person alone after 96 years. 2. Suitable materials to elementary middle and high grade-based, and more for cross-grade of materials. 3. The majority of teaching subjects is an idiom teaching, followed by text reading instruction. 4. Teaching objectives could match competence indicators of Grade 1-9 curriculum. Most teaching materials lack of areas of integration and into the planning issues. Part B: Multimedia Curriculum Design 1. Most of the teaching materials is subject manner, and the second is a Fan of teaching. 2. Browse the text and the teacher demonstration is the most common, followed by Motivation and retrieve the text to the effect. 3. CAI software into the approach to the most common, followed by the Internet way. Part C: application scenarios of Reading Strategy Instruction 1. Methods of teaching reading is diverse, no clear bias in favor of a method of teaching situations. 2. Most reading instruction in accordance with pre-reading strategies, reading, reading, teaching after teaching process, the use of other strategies are not common scenarios.
