The multiple probe design across conditions of single subject experimental design was employed. The independent variable was computer assisted instruction. The dependent variable were the effects of instant and maintainability in terms of three different kinds of English learning skills. Data were collected from the baseline, treatment and maintenance, and generalization periods, and further analyzed with visual analysis. At the end of training, questionnaires and interviews were used to examine the social validity of this study. The results of this study were shown as follows: 1.Computer-assisted-instruction can improve English-learning effects of students with dyslexia in recognizing lowercase letters instant and maintainable effects. 2. Computer-assisted-instruction can improve English-learning effects of students with dyslexia such like writing lowercase letters with instant and maintainable effects. 3. Computer-assisted-instruction can improve English-learning effects of students with dyslexia such like recognizing simple words with instant effects. At last, according to the findings of this study, some applications of the CAI instructional activities and suggestions for further researches were provided.
