This thesis would study on how the music teachers enhance their professional competence and apply the practical knowledge in music classes through the participation of professional growth model. This research was utilized in depth interview, and five elementary music teachers who engaged in long-term participation of the teachers’ recorder ensembles were interviewed. Through the preset outline of semi-structured interview, in-depth interviews were conducted. The method of qualitative data analysis was used, and thus the following conclusions were proposed. 1. The teachers’ recorder ensembles have presented an effective growth model for music teachers’ comprehensive professional growth and advanced studies. 2. Through various practices and activities of the teachers’ recorder ensembles, music teachers can increase teachers’ teaching performance and capabilities of conducting music ensembles. 3. The urban-rural differences have limited the development of teachers’ recorder ensembles in rural counties. 4. The educational authorities should consider the difficulties of teachers’ recorder ensembles and provide them relevant assistance for the comprehensiveness of music education. 5. Music teachers should seek the most proper professional growth model for themselves, continue on advanced studies, and enhance their professional competence. Suggestions were proposed for the related executive authorities, future researchers, and the current recorder ensembles in various cities and counties. Hong-I Wu 伍鴻沂 2011 學位論文 ; thesis 228 zh-TW |
