Two students with moderate mental retardation,who were in the third grade at junior high school level,participated in this study. The self-management strategies used in this study were self- monitoring、self-evaluation、self-reinforcement and antecedent cue regulation. Both quantitative and qualitative methods were used for analyzing data. As to the quantitative method, participants’ learning effects presented on “behavior work analysis record form” were analyzed before, during and after the instruction by using visual inspection adopted. With regard to the qualitative method, observation and form tools were taken to analyze the participants’ performances of obedience working order when they were working at achool. The results of this study indicated that two participants have immediate and long-term effects on using management books to perform self-management strategies at teaching setting. Finally, based on the results, some suggestions for teaching and future research were proposed. 李永昌 學位論文 ; thesis 161 zh-TW
