To find out if there is any difference in their math achievement/attitudes between the adoption of this methodology and traditional lectures, four classes of 103 fourth graders from an elementary school in Taoyuan County are served as subjects. Moreover, scales of “math achievement” and “math attitudes” are both utilized to evaluate the significance of the one-week experiment in this study. The results reveal that: 1.Teaching with interactive whiteboard raises students’ math achievement; 2.By comparison with traditional lectures, students’ math achievement of using interactive whiteboard performs better; 3.Different ways of teaching and students with different ability levels have significant difference in their math achievement; 4.Boys and students who do not attend cram school and belong to low income families perform better in teaching with interactive whiteboard; 5.The one who receives teaching with interactive whiteboard are more satisfied than the one who receives traditional lectures; 6.Students’ math attitude significantly varies from their ability levels.
