Summary: | 碩士 === 國立新竹教育大學 === 教育學系碩士班 === 99 === The thesis relies on an impressionist narrative style, in an attempt to integrate the existing body of knowledge with the research findings, inviting the reader into unknown territory, where it is possible to elicit the tenuous emergence of life resplendent with the dichotomies of light and dark, warmth and cold, humidity and aridity, and a deep palette of scents, through a narrative richly exuding the aspirational soul lurking in her breath.
The thesis traverses parallel courses: firstly through discrete engagement with the literary texts, to explore personal experiences with gender across the life spectrum, affording new perspectives, awareness and involvement. Secondly, the study emphasizes the aspects of education, to revisit the experiential path of self-gender education, instilling new understanding, conceptions and endeavors.
The creative process of birthing the thesis has allowed me a profound opportunity for an introspective renewed appreciation of my life, whether from the ripple effects of a certain unique wave of intimate interconnect stimulating the imagination, or representing those ubiquitous parental aspirations informing the self, to the engendered characterizations of personalities embedded in literature imparting our common social visions, or the painful awareness birthed in the travails of loss emergent upon the utter destruction of one’s fantasies... the vagaries of these intersecting traverses, nourishing the uniquely indivisible individual gender consciousness, profoundly inspiring and sparking the lively sense of indelible imprints of a profoundly personal gender, with each wave of rippled inspiration affording another layer of experience in reconceptualization. In regard to these two aspects of my personal gender education, the literary production process, has enabled me to more clearly enunciate the significance of action from a variety of kaleidoscopic perspectives.
Life itself is a species richness and diversity of the island, through organizing, deconstructing and (re)establishing ,to elicit that intimately true self in a perpetual fluid state of flux adjusting and reinventing across one’s new and older selves. Gender equalities educational courses and learning, depend on the faithful expression and exposure of the rawest vulnerabilities, as educators commit to their personal encounter with the awareness and origins of genders across their life, ensuring a profoundly authentic capacity to connect gender equalities course contents to genuine living in all its complex variety of expression, thus enriching the educational endeavor of the professional educator in transforming and distilling their lives into a concentrated curricular palette, to serve as a guide for our children in learning to return to their own live to see and province.
