The questionnaires were distributed to the top 500 service companies ranked by the Commonwealth Monthly in 2010. The samples were collected from 203 employees and managers in dyad form. Structural equation modeling was adopted to examine the proposed model. The results showed that: first, organizational justice has significantly positive effect on trust; second, trust has significantly positive effect on organizational commitment; third, organizational commitment has significantly positive effect on job performance; fourth, trust plays the significantly mediating role on the relationship between organizational justice and organizational commitment; and fifth, organizational commitment plays the significantly mediating role on the relationship between trust and job performance. Finally, practical implications and suggestions for future research are provided. Wan-Jing April Chang 張婉菁 2010 學位論文 ; thesis 85 zh-TW
