The purpose of the research was explored to discuss the teacher teaching the process of teaching motivation and analysis that a china’s main nationality’s teacher lead Bunun Tribes’s students to learn traditional culture. The teachers found that they change their teaching believe after their class when they teach the students of Bunun .The researcher adopted the findings for a china’s main nationality’s teacher and use in their teaching at the same time. The paper was used the paper analysis, observations, interviews, and journal and so on to survase and reasearch.
The research was collected the data form a lot of interview, some observation record and some journal analysis. To test and verify, the results was produce with triangulation. Below we looked at the results by the research. First, to see the requirement and find the mission is the motivation to teach culture curriculum. Teachers always teach the china’s main material for aboriginal students in aboriginal school. Aboriginal culture need to recovery to students as soon as possible. Second, teachers need to understand more culture, and more contact that can learn more teaching skill. Teachers need to absorb more knowledge from many parts. And then they won’t have different deviation culture when they teach the aboriginal students .The students can learn their need in their culture. The third,to go out of the class, to be humble and respect culture can renew the teaching . Students can learn every subject well when teachers change their teaching belief
The reasearcher has two suggests for church and school. First, the church played an important role to recover and deliver the culture. Second,the china’s main teachers can learn more aboriginal culture and respect all kind of culture,and the emviroment will be nice and freindly in school.
