There were 393 junior high school teachers from Changhua County participating in this study. This study conducted a survey, using a self-designed questionnaire. Data were analyzed using arithmetic mean, standard deviation, t-test, and one way ANOVA. There were four major findings: (1) general education teachers had positive attitudes toward the including of students with intellectual disabilities; (2) male teachers’ attitudes in term of cognition were more proactive than female teachers; (3) teachers under age 30 had more positive attitudes toward inclusion than other teachers; (4) there were no significant differences among teachers with different sexes, age groups, religions, subjects taught, and teaching experiences.
