It becomes crucial for enterprises to keep consumers purchasing their products or services over time in order to sustain their profits. This research aims to study what factors result in the continual use of mobile application Store. This study is based on the Expectation-Confirmation Model of IS Continuance, and Diffusion of innovations theory. The survey, which is conducted through snowballing and random sampling on internet for mobile users, receives 210 valid questionnaires from paper sources and online sources. After PLS analysis, research results show that Compatibility, Easy of Use, Perceived Usefulness and Satisfaction have positive influence on the Continuance intention. In addition, Compatibility, Easy of Use, Perceived Usefulness and Confirmation have positive impact upon the degree of Satisfaction. Compatibility and Confirmation have positive influence on Easy of Use. Finally, the Confirmation and Easy Use have positive impact on the degree of Perceived Usefulness. However, Compatibility was found to have no significant effects on Perceived Usefulness. The Results, while facilitate the service improvements of Mobile application Store companies, and expands the Expectation-Confirmation Model and Diffusion of innovations theory for future studies on Mobile services.
