This study builds up a framework and designs an instrument of study through reviewing related theories and literature. Finally, substantial proposals are put forth according to the study result. A questionnaire survey is adopted in the study, teachers of public junior high schools in metropolitan Kaohsiung are the target objects, and “Teachers’Work Perception Questionnaire”is used as an instrument of study. 360 copies are issued with 325 copies returned effectively as basic data for further processing. After the formal questionnaires have been returned, a statistical analysis is processed in different ways, including descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and hierachical regression analysis. According to the analytic results, the conclusions are as follows: 1. Junior high school teachers’ perception of organizational justice, job satisfaction, organizational citizenship behavior and workplace well-being is on intermediate level, of which the most satisfactory dimension is ”interpersonal justice”. The next ones are “interpersonal relationship”, “self enrichment”, and “work autonomy” respectively. 2. Teachers with different sex, jobs, educational degrees and school size have significantly distinctive organizational justice perception. 3. Teachers with different educational degrees and school size have significantly distinctive job satisfaction perception. 4. Teachers with different sex and educational degrees have significantly distinctive organizational citizenship behavior performance. 5. Teachers with different sex, seniority, educational degrees and marital status have significantly distinctive workplace well-being perception. 6. Organizational justice has a significant influence upon job satisfaction. 7. Job satisfaction has a significant influence upon organizational citizenship behavior. 8. Organizational justice has a significant influence upon organizational citizenship behavior. 9. Job satisfaction has a strong mediating effect between organizational justice and organizational citizenship behavior. 10. Job satisfaction has a significant influence upon workplace well-being. 11. Job satisfaction has a strong mediating effect between organizational justice and workplace well-being. Eventually, substantial suggestions are offered to the educational authorities, junior high school teachers and subsequent researchers for reference according to the conclusions.
