The key success factors for survive is not only about visible assets, buildings, equipments and funds as in the past but also invisible human capital. It has been more than 20 years since Taiwan’s first MHA program established. In past two decades, MHA programs in Taiwan produced certain amount of MHAs. But there is relatively small amount of research about MHA human capital. This research was aim to find out that is there difference between MHA students’ competency and hospitals’ recruitment needs. This research used 360-degree feedback design, sample was constructed by MHA students, MHA professors, and directors in hospitals. Data was divided into three groups, self-rated, others-rated and hospitals’ expect. Overall response rate is 55.46%. Results shows that self-rated and others-rated scores are lower than hospitals’ expect scores in all dimensions. Second, highest score dimensions in hospitals’ expect is communication and relationship management, following dimension is leadership, lowest score dimension is business skills and knowledge. Communication and relationship management dimension are highest score in three groups. Second high score dimension is professionalism in self-rated group, but second high score dimension in others-rated is knowledge of healthcare environment.
