Nowadays, Internet information platform well developed, cloud computing technology is matured, and highly competitive in whole world, all firms must continuous develops new products and look for innovation and differentiation to increase its market competitiveness. No industries are always able to sustain as new developing industries, enterprises are in order to achieve the goals of sustained profitability and well operation, they must think with the implementation of the diversification strategy to extend the territory before existing products entering a recession. However, can new products launch to the market successfully with high competitiveness are closely related to decision-making process of diversification. As the development of new products, it takes a lot of manpower, material and substantial resources, once personnel and equipment resource invested, development plans and management procedures must be well planned for new product developed, but in the mean time, if we found some mistakes during market survey period or any immature technology reasons, it will cause this new project must cancel and loss of many funds and resources. Therefore, in early stage of decision making process is particularly important during diversification. This case study used interviews as research methods, the main purpose of this study is to go through decision-making processes by analyzing corporate diversification and the factors of decision-making effects, it can provides the reference of decision-making process for an enterprise that begins to plan their diversify strategy. The purpose of this study can be divided into the following three: First: Decision-making process and structures of an enterprise diversification. Second: Evaluation items and methods of an enterprise diversification. Third: A case study to explore the interactive relationship between the process and evaluation items.
