A single-case experimental designs was adopted, observing the performance of five sentence production and mean length of utterance. The twenty-week interventions were conducted in the three preschool children’s residences and school by parents, teachers and researcher; furthermore, the experiment consisted of three stages, i.e., baseline, intervention and maintenance stages. Data were documented via videotaping , and further analyzed mainly by visual analysis. The major findings were summarized below:1.Focused stimulation approach had effects on increasing sentence production of preschool children with language delay.2.The mean length of utterance of the tested subjects increased significantly with focused stimulation approach.3.Parents and teachers confirmed that focused stimulation approach could improve the sentence production of the preschool children with language delay.
