This research used semi- structured interview to interview five “Edu Award Blog Taiwan 2009” winner teachers and their eight students. In addition, the researcher took the observation notes and wrote reflective journals to ensure the study’s reliability, validity, and triangulation. Analysis of the data showed that there are two kinds of purposes of using class blog. The purpose of interactive communication is to use blog for extending interactive communication between student and teacher to promote mutual understanding, increasing opportunities of parent- teacher interaction, and providing an interactive and communicative platform linked with people or bloggers who concern about education. Moreover, there are three purposes of recording- browsing class blog, in terms of recording- browsing academic learning, student works and learning materials. As the study shown, when using class blog to interact communicate, interaction will be increased and opinions will be exchanged through the message boards to result in better student- teacher interaction and classroom identify. Therefore, the researcher suggests that students and teachers can leave and reply a message as often as possible to increase the interaction. For teachers and students, to pay more time and effort on class blog together. Thence, class blog will be a channel for supporting student- teacher interaction and improving classroom identity.
