In total, 93 copies of an effective questionnaire were collected. “Job Fit Scale,” “Effort Scale,” “Competence Scale,” and “Key Performance Indicator” are adopted as research tools for statistical analysis. The research results indicate that: 1. Person-organization fit has a positive impact on competency; 2. Effort has a positive impact on competency; 3. Competency also has a positive impact on work performance; and 4. Person-organization fit indirectly influences work performance through competency.
