This study used survey methods, both self-report scales, researcher collected 353 valid questionnaires, and subjects were full-time employees in Taiwan. The results showed that work locus of control and work-nonwork conflict are moderate the relationship with the on-the-job embeddedness and the intention of leaving, but does not moderate the relationship with the off-the-job embeddedness and the intention of leaving. And only women in the work-to –nonwork enrichment is different, that off-the-job embeddedness has positive relationship between the intention of leaving. none 吳宗祐 2010 學位論文 ; thesis 75 zh-TW
