This study modify of the model, design SSI online reading comprehension model, and design SSI-based online reading comprehension strategies. In the experiment, we design the IOR (Integrated Online Reading) System. User can use the system to learn integrated online reading comprehension strategies. The results showed that self-questioning strategy, concept-organization strategy, and key-summary strategy all have significant impact, but student agree online reading strategies can help them to improve reading comprehension ability.
