Junior high school teachers in Pingtung Country were the subjects of the study. A total of 392 questionnaires were administered. Among them, 88.3% were retrieved and 87% were valid. The collected data was then analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson’s production-moment correlation and stepwise regression analysis. This study concluded as following: 1.Junior high school teachers in Pingtung Country degree instructional supervision was well-arranged and planned. 2.Teachers’ professional growth in junior high schools would be unceasingly. 3.Junior high school teachers’ background variables on the implementation of instruction supervision was not divergent. 4.The educational background and past experience of junior high school teachers had a effect on their professional growth. 5.A positive correlation between the implementation of instruction supervision and professional growth was found. 6.The implementation of instruction supervision has a predictable effect on teachers’ professional growth . According to the above conclusion, the suggestions made in the study serve as reference: 1.To establish a suitable instruction supervision scheme. 2.To inspire teachers to make progress positively. 3.To provide teachers with opportunities of pursuing further education. 4.To encourage teachers to take part in the teacher evaluation for professional development.
