Summary:碩士 === 南華大學 === 企業管理系管理科學碩博士班 === 98 ===   The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of work values and flow experience on job performance for air force high-level staff. The researcher adopts questionnaire survey to interview the staff of Air Force Command Headquarter, MND, Air Combat Command, Air Defence-Artillery Command, Air Education Training & Doctrine Development Command, and Air Maintain Command. The researcher applies statistic methods to analyze collected data, including descriptive statistics, factor analysis, reliability analysis, t-test, ANOVA, correlate analysis, regression analysis.     The results of this study are as follows: (1)Individual traits of air force high-level staff have partly significant difference in work values, flow experience and job performance. (2)There exists significant correlation in variables of work values, flow experience and job performance. (3)Partial variables of work values and flow experience have significant influence on job performance. (4)Flow experience has intermediary effect between work values and job performance. According to the above results, the researcher makes some suggestions to Ministry of National Defense, Air force and future researchers.
