Recently with the fast change in higher education environment, more and more Universities, both Public and Private ones, are trying to shift the concept of quality of service to schools, With the improvement of service quality , overcoming the current difficulties in higher education management and the problem of insufficient enrollment Within such a competition environment, Current higher education environment in the face of such competition, to break a winning strategy will be how successful high-quality service delivery through the school out..   Grounded Theory is the most logical research methodology in qualitative research. It is a more in-depth perspective to analyze the contexts of information. Hence, this study is different from the literature of the scholars, the previous quantitative research to this study, grounded theory method to explore the educational model of service quality, and Purpose is to be able to service quality in education and pre-and outcome variables and it proposes to develop an interpretative chart. The results showed that teaching quality, physical quality, administrative quality, interactive quality of the four dimensions of quality education services for the impact factor; while the quality of education services at the same time the value of the services, cognitive trust, customer satisfaction and corporate image of the four outcome variables such as impact Dauw-Song Zhu 祝道松 2010 學位論文 ; thesis 133 zh-TW
