Grounded Theory is the most logical research methodology in qualitative research. It is a more in-depth perspective to analyze the contexts of information. Hence, this study is different from the literature of the scholars, the previous quantitative research to this study, grounded theory method to explore the educational model of service quality, and Purpose is to be able to service quality in education and pre-and outcome variables and it proposes to develop an interpretative chart.
