Questionnaires was utilized to collect the participants’ attitude toward their acceptance of using weblog in presenting teaching portfolios. The data were then analyzed qualitatively based on the “Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology”(UTAUT) model to realize factors that affect teachers’acceptance. Two school teacher bloggers were interviewed in order to gain more insightful viewpoints. The participants’background information such as genders, ages, and weblog experience were collected, analyzed, and compared to realize their impact on mediating the influence of their willingness on their use of weblog as teaching portfolios. The results of the study are as following: 1.The participants were found to have high acceptance level of using blogs to present teaching portfolio and actually put it into practice. 2.Usefulness and ease of use were the factors influencing teachers’intention, however, their effectiveness was affected by genders, ages, and weblog experience. 3.The teachers’intention was found to have an impact on influencing their use behavior. Meanwhile, the degree of the impact was affected by genders, ages, and weblog experience. 4.The support from education institutes and organizations, the capability of the teacher, and the assistance of others were not found to have an impact on teacher bloggers’ use behavior.
