This study aims to create an Immersion Virtual Reality (IVR) system for people with ASDs; user wear the Head Mounted Display (HMD) to navigate the bus and classroom scenarios through the first person view, the system try to helps the impairments of social cognition by involving of the scenarios of bus and classroom scenario in the system and explored the influence of using of IVR system for ASDs. There were three participants with 9-11 years old boys in the experiment. The method was used single subject multiple probe across subjects designs and analysis of Visual Inspection. The result showed that the score of the social cognition presents increment after getting involved IVR system. The content of 3D scenario and animation of the 3D scenario in the IVR system, can be comprehend and recognize by the participants.
