Accordingly, many studies show the reasons elderly people reject new technology products are because of their fast physical aging and quick psychological and social change. Furthermore, their reason for the rejection might due to the complicated operation of the new technology products. However, through their children‟s help and/or peer‟s influence, their concepts of accepting new technology products might hence be improved. By using the Elderly innovation adoption Model, innovated by Wang (2007) as framework, this study tends to generate hypotheses and discussions from the angles of physical level, psychological dimension, social dimension and technology aspects, which are believed to be the major factors to influence elderly people‟s willingness to accept new technology. As far as the study method is concerned, this paper uses Quantitative Research as its research method and totally 212 questionnaires were sent out to the elderly people, who are living in retirement homes scattered in Taiwan, and the results are analyzed through the way of AMOS statistics analysis software. The result shows that after analysis of SEM, for the part of physical level, it proves that with the help of children and influences of peers, elderly people's intention to accept new technology products increases significantly. Similarly, for the part of peers, the elderly people’s willingness of accepting new technology products also increased a lot. This research result suggests that for promoting a new technology product in the future, essential factors influence elderly people acceptance of new technology products are advertisement, experience and promotion.
