Summary: | 碩士 === 義守大學 === 企業管理學系碩士班 === 98 === In this study, a sample of 248 manufacturing employees was used to explore the relationship between human resource management, transformational leadership style and organizational identification. Research purposes of this study were to examine:
1.whether different forms of human resource management influence organization identification.
2.whether transformational leadership style influence organization identification.
3.whether human resources management and transformational leadership jointly influence organization identification.
Through a survey and statistical analysis, the main findings were:
1.The better education and training system is, the higher organization identification is.
2.The better pay remuneration system is, the higher organization identification is.
3.Transformational leadership has positive influence on organizational identification.
4.When the degree of transformational leadership is higher, the positive relationship between employment relationship and organizational identification is stronger.
