It is the second generation of member of the family that it improves pushers, they are double roles of employees and family member. In the course of the whole organizational change, influence and include different aspects such as environment, company members, company's system, etc., but this research will focus on improving interpersonal interaction and their influence on improving in course. The researcher regards qualitative research as studying approach, describe company's organizational change process in terms of story, and then rid of context collecting “interpersonal interaction” in this research. Finally, researcher discusses these reasons with “frames of reference”. This research has two conclusions: First, the second generation of “family’s undertaking responsibility”, the boss “honor” and thinking frame of the staff's “vital interests”, been influencing the case company to improve the going on of the activity all the time. Second, “frames of reference” until the organizational change may be the helping hand (' for instance: The second generation of ' family's undertaking responsibility '), May resistance too (' for instance: The staff ' vital interests ').
