In regard to bancassurance, personnel service quality, product requirements and enterprise service have significant influence on customer satisfaction. ? For traditional insurance, personnel service quality, product requirements and enterprise service have significant influence on customer satisfaction. Based on the conclusions, this study proffers the following comprehensive suggestions for bancassurance and traditional insurance trade as reference: ? Bancassurance personnel should reinforce their professional knowledge regarding the insurance business。 ? The products offered should be more diversely designed and packaged, in order to meet consumers’ varying demands; ? Bancassurance should place more focus on enterprise service and subsequent claim service, which are critical factors in business ? The traditional insurance trade should enhance their employee retention rates ? In addition to customized design, the traditional insurance trade should add some simple and easy-to-understand products to their product design and packaging ?
