This study uses purposive sampling method selecting brokers from seven securities firms. There are total 213 valid samples and the effective response rate is 71%. The statistic analysis shows the following findings: (1)Transformational leadership and leader-member exchange have a significant positive effect on organizational justice; (2)Transformational leadership and leader-member exchange do not have a significantly positive effect on employees’ performance; (3)Organizational justice has a significant positive effect on employees’ performance; (4)Organizational justice has a complete mediating effect on the relationship between transformational leadership and employees’ performance, leader-member exchange and employees’ performance.
