Summary: | 碩士 === 臺北巿立體育學院 === 運動教育研究所 === 97 === The purpose of this study was to (A) identify physical education teacher’s transformational leadership and learning effect perceived by elementary school students in Penghu, (B) compare the differences among selected demographic variables on physical education teacher’s transformational leadership and learning effect perceived by students of elementary school in Penghu, (C) analyze the relationship among physical education teacher’s transformational leadership and learning effect by canonical correlation, (D) analyze the Structural Equation Model of physical education teacher’s transformational leadership and learning effect perceived by elementary school students in Penghu.
This study uses questionnaire to collect data. Three questions are used, including (A) demographic information sheet, (B) Physical Education Teacher’s Transformational Leadership Scale, and (C) Physical Education Learning Effect Scale. The sample chooses 848 students as subject. These students are randomly selected from twenty-two public elementary school in Penghu area. 829 returned questionnaires are credible. The response rate was 97.8%. Data were computed by Descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test, Canonical correlation and Structural Equation Model.
The conclusions indicate that (A) the average score of Penghu’s Elementary School students’ recognition on physical education teacher’s transformational leadership are also satisfied, (B) the average score of Penghu’s Elementary School students’ recognition on physical education learning effect are high, (C) fifth grades students’ recognition on physical education teacher’s leadership are higher than sixth grades’ students, (D) fifth grades students’ recognition on physical education learning effect are higher than sixth grades’ students, (E) physical education teacher’s transformational leadership and learning effect are positively canonical correlated significantly, (F) physical education teacher’s transformational leadership can predict physical education learning effect efficiently, and (G) the Structural Equation Model of “leadership –learning effect” bring out by the study is feasible.
