In addition, various background attributes of cabin crew were studied to analyze and compare the difference among the three factors. The research was conducted via questionnaire, with a design based on a theoretical framework that was derived from literature review. The samples were cabin crew members from five airlines in Taiwan. From 500 questionnaires distributed, 428 were completed and returned, equaling a valid response rate of 85.60%. The methods of data analysis included descriptive statistics, t test, one-way ANOVA, correlation analysis, and multi regression analysis, after which conclusions and suggestions were provided. The results indicated the following: 1. Significant differences regarding workplace bullying existed among cabin crew with various ages, marital status, years of experience, and average flight hours. 2. Significant differences regarding job vigor existed among cabin crew of various ages, and average flight hours. 3. There was an apparent negative correlation between workplace bullying and job vigor. 4. There was an apparent negative correlation between social support and workplace bullying. 5. There was an apparent positive correlation between social support and job vigor. 6. Varying levels of workplace bullying and social support can be predictive of job vigor. 7. Cross-interaction between workplace bullying and social support can affect job vigor. Key word:Cabin crew, Workplace bullying, Job vigor, Social support
