Literature re-view shows that the relationship among them should be clarified. Research findings show that, employees with extraversion and agreeableness personality have relatively low intention to stay, indi-cating that relationship between these two personalities and intention to stay is significantly negative; meanwhile, “openness personality” correlates to higher intention to stay. Accordingly, H1 was supported. Second, innovative organization culture positively influences em-ployees’ intention to stay; meanwhile, supportive organization culture has the negative influences. Therefore, H2 was supported. Third and finally, as for the intervening effect, the research also finds that the bureaucratic organization culture significantly influences employees with agreeableness personality. Therefore, H3 was sup-ported.
