It is a spontaneous behavior from an organization member for the sake of benefiting the organization performance and thus it is highly valued among scholars and organizations in regard to practical management; Empowerment refers to systematically grant power to a qualifier inside an organization and provide which with more autonomy while raising up the contributory level to the organization concurrently, so as to confront the keenly competed environment; Moreover, Self-Efficacy is the belief that one is capable of performing in a certain manner to attain certain goals, which differs from the real action capability. This thesis looks into studies concerning empowerment, self-efficacy, OCB, the influence of empowerment and self-efficacy on OCB, and induces the connection pattern among empowerment, self-efficacy and OCB accordingly. It uses military command post staff as the study object and performs data collecting and analyzing by means of Questionnaires, Reliability Analysis, Factor Analysis, Corrlation Analysis, and Multiple Regression Analysis, and performs empirical analysis in the end. According to the result, the empowerment level has positive effect on OCB, the interaction effect of empowerment create interference, self-efficacy becomes interference effect and has positive effect on empowerment while self-efficacy becomes interference effect and has positive effect on OCB. This study establishes a set of methods and procedures for investigating the correlation among citizenship behavior, empowerment and self-efficacy, which provides as a reference for organization leaders when planning organization’s management strategy.
