In addition, employees expect more reasonable payment and working environment and are willing to participate the organization’s decision by not only elaborating their abilities but also grasping the opportunity for enhancing learning skills. The major concerned by the management is on how to motivate employees through motivating employee’s morale to achieve higher level of employee satisfaction, higher job involvement, and increased productivity. Therefore, the major issue faced by the companies is to design a better management system to keep excellent employees, to provide employees’ incentive pay system by inspiring them to work, and to improve job satisfaction and job performance. This research mainly lies in discussing the relationship between employees’ incentive pay system and job satisfaction for a particular bank in Taiwan by considering five personality traits and employees’ attributes to further exploiting the correlation between incentive pay system and job satisfaction. The questionnaire survey was conducted, and relevant statistical analyses were analyzed through SPSS and AMOS. This study intends to identify critical factors to influence employees’ job satisfaction to possibly improve current incentive pay system and ultimately enhance the overall organization’s performance. The findings from this study are as follows. First, different emploeeys’ attributes have a significant impact on different levels of job satisfactions. Second, incentive pay system and the interaction between incentive pay system and personality traits have a significant impact on job satisfaction.
