We can’t use the nutrition information ubiquitously although many diet information and discussions provided via Web service. The aim of this study is to develop a mobile nutrition information system via cellular phone, network and servlet technology to provide appropriate information of food and nutrition for personalized health management. This system included main functions: 1. The food name can be searched in this service via Internet. 2. The nutrition of the food from Internet can be keep in user’s device. 3. Review the food nutrition from the device and keep the diet diary. 4. The extending function provides customizing before using the application. 5. Some personal warning will display while make your diary. 6. Other warnings will show while searching the food. In conclusion, this system is a good demonstration for mobile nutrition information acquisition to support personalized health management with diet control. The ubiquitous information technology can be applied to get other kinds information further to guard patients’ health.
