Further, this study endeavors to examine the moderation effects of support centrality to understand how an organization constructs and encourages knowledge sharing in a knowledge-based work environment. The organization builds up knowledge management system for sustaining competitive advantage and providing new directions for team research which demonstrates "social network theories" employed in the study. This study is mainly implemented by questionnaire. The sample of research is from a Taiwanese financing institution, and 200 questionnaires are recalled with valid integrity. After a thorough study of the sample, we conclude the research as follows: (1) Distributive justice has a significant positive effect to knowledge sharing. Namely, distributive justice in an organization is positive; its knowledge sharing is higher. (2) Interactional justice has a significant positive effect to knowledge sharing. Namely, distributive justice in an organization is positive; its knowledge sharing is higher. (3) The relationship between distributive justice and knowledge sharing is influenced by the moderator of support centrality. Namely, the higher the support centrality is, the higher the positive correlation between the distributive justice and knowledge sharing. (4) The relationship between interactional justice and knowledge sharing is influenced by the moderator of support centrality. Namely, the higher the support centrality is, the higher the positive correlation between the interactional justice and knowledge sharing will be. The final chapter of this study will also provide follow-up research and concrete suggestion to the real-world situations. Yu-Wen Liu cf Wu 劉玉雯 吳成豐 2008/01/ 學位論文 ; thesis 81 zh-TW |
