To find out that the connection between Theory Innovation and Technology Acceptance model ( which include perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, attitudes toward using and intentions ) influnced on the Information teachers. And using some certain inspection and coaching events ( such as gender, age, degree of education) from Department of Education increase teachers’ knowledge of new technology. The subjects in this study were elementary school Information teachers in Pingtung County. There were seven times counsel meetings, involved 167 questionnaires, 118 feedback, and 110 were valid. The return rate was 70.65%. The availability rate was 93.22%. The data was analyzed in various statistical methods including standard deviation, T-test, and one-way ANOVA. The findings of the study were as follows: 1.There were non-significant differences on the gender, years of teaching, degree of education, job performance, the way to be a qualified teacher , the hours of surfing the Net every day, or married status could infect Innovation. 2.There were significant differences on the age and the knowledge to the K12 digital school on Innovation. 3.Base on the age, years of teaching, degree of education, job performance,. the way to be a qualified teacher , the hours of surfing the Net every day, or married status wouldn’t infect Technology Acceptance model. ( which include perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, attitudes toward using and intentions ) 4.There were significant differences on the age and the knowledge to the K12 digital school on Technology Acceptance model.
