Then the result can help to make suggestions for individual teacher and school administration. The subjects are teachers serving in a private high school in Kaohsiung city. A total of 90 questionnaires were sent in a purposive way. Data collected from the questionnaires were analyzed by the number of distribution, percentile, mean, standard deviation, t test, factor and multiple regression to prove the hypotheses. A total of 87 questionnaires were returned and considered as valid.The results of the study in the private high school are as the followings: the receptive for the new curriculum among these teachers is basically acceptable; the two variables gender and position are explainable to the receptive; there are some difficulties for teachers in teaching preparation, design and execution, curriculum and grade evaluation. 江文鉅 學位論文 ; thesis 182 zh-TW
