The aim of this study is to explore the influences of the teaching strategy based on cooperative learning in the mode of Student’s Team Achievement Division (STAD) on the primary school higher grade students of distinct personalities in their learning interest in Math , self-concelf and co-operation with other students .
The major findings of this study were as follow:
1.After the experimental instruction, learning interest in
Math of students who received STAD method were
statistically significant than students in traditional
pedagogy group.
2.The comparative results of self-concelf tests between the
experimental and the control groups were not statistically
3.In the teaching strategy based on cooperative learning in
the mode of STAD , co-operation with other students of
the students of Conscientiousness , agreeableness and
intellect-Openness were good . Co-operation with other
students of the students of extraversion or less
Conscientiousness and less agreeableness were not good .
Finally, the researcher proposed several suggestions for the ducational application in classroom teaching and future studies.
