Additionally, it also intends to find out if and how social culture, campus culture, professional training (including prevocational training and in-service training), personal growing-up experiences, teacher’s gender consciousness and professional knowledge have influences on guidance teachers’ coping with pregnant teenage students. The participants in this study include ten guidance teachers of junior high school, senior high school and vocational high school. The method of in-depth interview is conducted in this study to collect experiences and viewpoints of the participants. Through arranging and analyzing interview transcripts, the researcher depicts the present situation how high school guidance teachers cope with pregnant teenage students and evaluate their performance. The main findings are concluded as follows: 1.Social culture, campus culture, professional training and personal growing-up experiences do have influences on the attitude guidance teachers treat pregnant teenage students. 2.The overall performance of how guidance teachers comply with the regulations of Gender Equity Education Law in dealing with pregnant teenage students needs further evaluation. 3.Guidance teachers’ gender consciousness needs to be improved and the school administrative employee and other teachers need to change their concepts toward teenage pregnancy. 4.The implementation of Gender Equity Education Law needs more integrity and supportive measures. Finally, suggestions for future studies are made based on to the research findings. 作者未提供 鄭夙珍 2008 學位論文 ; thesis 136 zh-TW
