Summary:碩士 === 義守大學 === 資訊管理學系碩士班 === 96 === The purpose of this study is to explode the relationships among knowledge management, emotional intelligence and teaching efficacy of teachers of junior high school. It compares the demographic differences of teachers on knowledge management, emotional intelligence and teaching efficacy, too. This study utilizes both the literature review and questionnaire survey method. Data were collected from 554 junior high school teachers in Kaohsiung city and county area. Through investigating and analyzing, the important findings and suggestions are listed below: 1.Junior high school teachers performed above average level in knowledge management, especially on knowledge acquisition. 2.Junior high school teachers performed above average level in emotional intelligence, especially on recognizing others’ emotion. 3.Junior high school teachers performed above average level in teaching efficacy, especially on general teaching efficacy. 4.Teachers there who are young, with graduated or bachelor degree, and with administrative work perform better in knowledge management. 5.Junior high school teachers with bachelor degree and administrative work showed better performance in emotional intelligence. 6.Teachers with administrative work perform better in teaching efficacy. 7.Knowledge management and emotional intelligence are significantly correlated with teaching efficacy. 8.Knowledge management in the knowledge application can predict the teaching efficacy best.. 9.Interpersonal relationship can predict the teaching efficacy best. 10.Based on the important findings of this study, some suggestions for educational administrations, schools, teachers and future researches are provided respectively.
