It is a set of rigorous methodology. Through the prediction of the consumer behaviors at different market levels, it generates and proposes a set of service procedures which can optimize the supply and price of the products, expand the growth of revenue, as well as maximize the enterprises profit. Physical research reveals, air transportation business is the first one to use RM methodology to run the business and the result is remarkable. Airports have traditionally been seen as places where aircraft operate and passengers and cargo transit. Now a day, Global airlines and logistics market has been entering a new keen competition stage. Airports and surrounding areas generate employment and economic activity. The concept of Airport City was brought up in the 90's by Amsterdam Schiphol Group that integrates the function of city and airport to attract variety visitors to the airport city to optimize revenue. This research used Analytical Hierarchy Process as the research approach base, to sum up of the weights of relevant factors for an optimum revenue management. We hope that our research can provide our country, or ever other countries, with good reference for the performance improvement of the International airports operation.
