The research problem of this paper is found in the existing literature. Furthermore this study contained the organizational justice as a control variable and national culture as a moderate variable to examine the effects on influences of deviance behavior. This research adopts the way of convenience sampling to issue a questionnaire and mainly looks for through the friend and consults in person in the personnel of the company concert will of each multinational enterprise of Taiwan, the questionnaire send to in person by researcher, E-mail or mail of the way issue, in order to fill to answer. Altogether issue 300, recover 286, effectively the recovery rate is 95%. Finally, the results indicate that job standardization is negative related to deviance behavior.
