This main purpose of thesis is to solve the problem that the personnel turnover rate, although the same trade is more serious, still hope to find out what influencing 'Ikari coffee chain store ' personnel intention to stay ? In order to try to understand this question in depth in this research, a study of relationship between leadership style and intention to stay and the mediating effect of socialization outcomes, and Ikari coffee chain store as the research object, carry on 196 questionnaire investigation to personnel, use the SPSS software to analysis to attempt to verify its relation. The conclusions are, first, there has a significant positive effect between transformational leadership and intention to stay;but transactional leadership has no effect on intention to stay. Second, leadership style really effect on the socialization outcomes of person and organization fit,role clarity, job satisfaction.Third,there has a significant positive effect between person and organization fit and intention to stay; role clarity has no effect on intention to stay,but has the positive effect on the job satisfaction ;and job satisfaction also has a significant positive effect on intention to stay.Fourth,leadership style really effect intention to stay by the socialization outcomes.
