The paternalistic leadership style have three important dimensions, including the benevolent leadership, moral leadership and authoritarian leadership. In addition to exploring whether paternalistic leadership style is associated with organization citizenship behavior, this study also test the moderating effect of organizational changes. Questionnaires were used by Cheng, Chou, and Farh(2000)’s revision scale. Data were collected from 268 military post personnel through convenient sampling, and the valid questionnaire is 247. This results show that the paternalistic leadership style is not associated with or-ganizational citizenship behavior, besides moral leadership. Moreover, the pressure of organizational change moderates have a negative relationship was established in among the benevolent leadership, the moral leadership style and organizational citi-zenship behavior .
