The major purposes were: (1) finding out current situation of self-efficacy of teachers in elementary schools, administrative support from schools and innovation acceptance of information technology incorporates teaching; (2) finding out the differences between different background variables and self-efficacy of teachers, innovation acceptance of information technology incorporates teaching; (3) analyzing related situation of self-efficacy of teachers in elementary schools, administrative support from schools and innovation acceptance of information technology incorporates teaching; (4) analyzing forecast of self-efficacy and administrative support from schools on innovation acceptance of information technology incorporates teaching. Teachers of elementary schools in Tai-Tung County were surveyed by stratified sampling questionnaire. 600 questionnaires were sent out and 496 valid questionnaires returned. T-test, One-Way ANOVA and Pearson’s Correlation were adopted to analyze the data and the results were demonstrated as follow. Sensory and perception of teachers in elementary schools on self-efficacy, administrative support from schools and innovation acceptance of information technology incorporates teaching were of medium-superior level. Different influences of different background variables on self-efficacy, administrative support from schools and innovation acceptance of information technology incorporates teaching and the relationship among those three factors are: (1) senior teachers and those with more researches on information have higher level of self-efficacy; (2) teachers with more researches on information and those of the most remote schools have higher level of sensory of administrative support from schools; (2) teachers act as director, teachers with more researches on information and those of the most remote schools have higher level of innovation acceptance of information technology incorporates teaching; (4) positive association is shown between self-efficacy of teachers and administrative support from schools; positive association is shown between self-efficacy of teachers and innovation acceptance of information technology incorporates teaching; positive association is shown between administrative support from schools and innovation acceptance of information technology incorporates teaching; (5) individual efficacy of education and information technology incorporates teaching have capability of forecast on innovation acceptance of information technology incorporates teaching. tsaidj-tung-chung 蔡東鐘 2007 學位論文 ; thesis 140 zh-TW |
