During the study, there are 32 students in the class; furthermore, I invite three research partners at the beginning of the study. Then, proceeding the first circulation action for 9 weeks from April to June, 1995. After discussing, thinking, revising, keep working on the second circulation action for 12 weeks during the period from September to November, 1995. The whole action course regards promoting the interpersonal interaction ability of the child as the main shaft. According to children’s reaction and studying status during the courses, we discussed, considered, and revised; then, we adjusted the scheme content to advance. This is a process of action study. We thought and made decision constantly in the complicated teaching situation in order to build and construct a succession of action tactics, development contributes to improving the interpersonal interaction study of children. Method to collect materials, including observation, questionnaire, group interview, examining list, teaching notes, thinking note, student file, social metrological law of the same generation to evaluate, and discussing with research partners, etc. Among them, these are the most important clues that the children's change of words and deeds, and thought feedback. Finally, students' interpersonal interaction relation is transferred to gradually harmonious. These children learned solving problem more rationally, and revealed caring and emotional kindness frequently. Then, they expanded these to other interpersonal interaction. Meanwhile through thinking, discussing, promoting professional knowledge, and adjusting the view. the teachers can also improve the class practice difficult situation.
