The research method adopted was the multiple probe across settings design of single subject. The subject of the study was a non-verbal junior high school student with Autism who was fifteen years old. The research results were as follows: 1.The Alternative Communication Training obviously could enhance the frequency of the subject’s spontaneous communicative behavior by taking communicative cards to reply other persons. 2.The Alternative Communication Training couldn’t enhance the frequency of the subject’s spontaneous communicative behavior by taking communicative cards to request actively. 3.The Alternative Communication Training apparently reduced the frequency of the subject’s inapt communicative behaviors. 4.Teachers kept positive attitude toward the significance of the Alternative Communication Training. They thought the subject’s inapt communicative behaviors were reduced. The subject built up his relationship among peers and teachers, his learning motion, and his learning effect.
